Lowdhams Ultimate Warranty?

Has anybody bought a used motorhome from Lowdhams of Nottingham that came with their "Ultimate 3 year  warranty" and subsequently had to claim under it?

If so, how did you get on?  The blurb they provide on their website makes it sound almost too good to be true, so I'm wondering....... is it?
