Wiring from rear into a 2006 Boxer cab?

Just wondering if anyone else has had to run wiring from the rear of their coachbuilt M/H into a fuse compartment under the dashboard of a 2006 generation Boxer cab.  I've got the route pretty much worked out, except for how to get past the cab door.  Do
I go over or under?  Any tips would be much appreciated.
