M6 Toll and Club discount

I don't usually use the M6 toll but today the weather was really terrible and the traffic very heavy so I decided to try out the Club discount scheme for the M6 toll instead of stopping and starting my way across B'ham. What a great deal the Club has negoiated
for us, it was a far more relaxing way to transit B'ham. Well worth the £4.80 I got charged. I did not have my toad but got to wondering if I would pay the same rate towing my car.

Has anyone used the M6 toll while towing a car, did you get the discount and were you charged as for a car caravan combination?
