Good-bye summer....it's raining up North

Oh well that's it, summers gone now. Been raining all afternoon, off home tomorrow but had a nice week on Brid CC site. Can't say it's been too disappointing this season though, and still got 4 more short stays booked until October.
Do you think our long hot Summers will ever return? Or is this Global warming?
