Wi Fi in France

Hi All

This is my first post so if I have done it wrong - we all live and learn!

We are heading to France for a couple of months staying on Aires and cheap campsites but I will need to have basic access to internet by lap top at all times to check emails.

I will use free wi fi where available and am going to buy a signal booster to help pick this up but I also have a dongle and am wondering if its easy to buy a "pay as you go" type sim for this in France.

Any help would be appreciated by this Luddite!
