40 years of bliss!!

On Sunday it will be exactly 40 years since Mrs M had the honour (er, excuse me, I mean did me the honour

) of - er - becoming Mrs M!

The old girl's had a lot to put up with in that time as I can be a tad sarcastic on occasions and her favourite phrase "you're not funny" has become more and more common since I retired 4 years ago.

Not a single cross word in all that time - plenty of strings of them, but not  single one that I can remember!

We'll have a quiet celebration - just the two of us on the day, then a party for friends and another one for family later on.

40 years of bliss, who'd have thought it and where have all those years gone?
