Muddy Water - has anyone heard of it?

I asked the question in another thread on favourite tipples but it may have got lost there. Has anyone else heard of a drink called a Muddy Water? Apparently it's orange juice mixed with coca cola! Sounds disgusting to me but I was assured by our local bar
manager that someone had come in and asked him for it - and that was during Badminton Horse Trials which are nearby!!

Is this drink too up-market for me or was it just a dare I wonder?
