All year campsite with 30 mile radius of Santander

Hi,

I've booked our crossing to Santander, arriving on the 9th January 2016. I'm finding it a little difficult to find a site open at that time of the year where we can spend one night within a 30 mile radius of Santander.  This is because we don't arrive there until late afternoon/early evening and won't want to travel too far. Any suggestions please and would be grateful if you can advise if we need to book or can just turn up as we did in France in the summer. Many thanks
