Can a shower head make a difference?

Hi all, well, Friday morning saw me standing at the entrance to Hall 8 of the NEC with excitment in the air. Having done my wanted shopping list, I came across a company called Ecocamel selling a different type of shower head. Its called the Jetstorm E and
is made specifically for "Electric and low pressure showers" and apparently works by sucking air in to mix with the water, increases the pressure and saves ooooooodles of water! Apparently, Bailey are fitting these now  as standard. My Bailey has one now!
Has anyone tried this product? Or will I have to wait till Wednesday to find out as we pop off for a break. If it does what they say it does then it will be money well; spent.
