Trip to Spain April

My wife and I are going down to Spain At the beginning of April Pmouth to Santander ferry then drive via Zaragosa to  Valencia or close by, can anyone recomend   an overnight stop at Santander and Zaragosa and a good longer stay site at or near Valencia.
We are towing a bailey unicorn valencia caravan with a vauxhall Antara tow car ( 11 metres length) any advice would be welcome please, haven't been to Spain for twenty years and don't speak the language.
