25% discount on brittany ferries
I am absolutely disgusted with the club at the moment.
I contacted the club by phone to query the 25% discounting brittany ferries that was advertised in the last club mag, as it seemed a great offer. basically the lady on the phone was very evasive and basically wouldn't comit to tell me when the actual discount
was for. I pointed out that it was in the mag and on our club website. So after not getting any lathe phone phone, last week I emailed asking for more details on the offer, and again was fobbed off with a request for my unit and travel details as the discounts
varied. All I wanted to know was when this offer was available!! I emailed back to request this info again, and finaly after 3 emails and one conversation the club admitted the 'printing error'. That's ok I thought, everyone makes mistakes. But I go back
online tonight to get a quote and see that the same offer of 25% off is STIlLL being advertised on the clubs ferry special offers page, which is deliberately misleading! I find it discusting that after I pointed the error out to the club that over a week
later no one has removed it. i can only assume the club doesn't care about misleading members with non existent offers, as there is no excuse for this to still be on there. Fellow members, don't be conned by the 25% off offer it doesn't exist!!!
