Where do I go from here?

February 2012 I took delivery of my brand new Bailey Olympus 2 540-5 from Teesside Caravans. The excitement was short lived however when I discovered it was leaking badly at the right side front locker.

Since then every year my van disappears back to the dealer, on occasion for up to two months, with the same problem to be repaired. The dealer has completed an Alutech-reseal, resealed the handles, removed the furniture from the lounge to cut out and replace
a section of floor damaged by the water, put a fibreglass layer on top of the floor in the locker, and replaced all the locker doors.

After the heavy downpour we have had overnight, I thought today would be a good time to visit the van at the dealership storage facility and give it a check. Its soaking wet, exactly the same place.

The dealership wants to have the keys again to investigate, I said no. After several repair attempts over 3 years I have had enough. To say I am fed up with the situation would be an understatement.

I have been reluctant to get involved in any dispute with the dealership, preferring to give them the opportunity to put things right. But I have to admit that this approach may not be working. With this in mind it would be great to get advice from anyone
who has been in a similar situation. I notice the Caravan club has a legal advice helpline available to members, has anyone used this?

Would greatly appreciate any advice people have. Thanks.
