Camping Cheques Ferry Booking

 Booked ferry P.O via Camping Cheques going out in September returning 31st October 2015.  At the time of booking they couldn't' Give us a return time and date for 31st October but said wouldn't be a charge if we rang back at beginning of January to arrange
return. We are now told they still could not give us a price for return as P n O will not have prices until August.  Seems a bit odd as Caravan Club have given our friends who are going at same times prices for going out and coming back with same ferry company.
Has anyone else had any problem?
