Does anyone know of a site with a gym?

Hello everyone,

I would like to take myself away for a health and fitness week and so I was wondering if anyone knows of a site with a gym facility. I dont need swimming
pool,  just some decent walks nearby and some sort of on-site or nearby (walking distance) gym. 

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
