Stop over site on the way to port grimaud

Hi, we have just bought a caravan (upgraded from a trailer tent) and have a booked to go to Port Grimaud in August. We will be using the dover to calais route but i am struggling to book a stopover as they want a minimum two nights. Has anyone got any stopover
favourites on this route? I was thinking of somewhere around Dijon?. Your help and experience will be greatly appreciated.
