Med day trip from Millau

Two weeks today we set off  for Millau, France. We have a list of want to does, one being a day trip down to the Med to dip our toes, as we have not yet had that pleasure whilst away with the caravan. My question is where's the best spot to head. We don't
mind busy places but a quiet out of the way spot for a picnic appeals. One further point we will have Sheba our crazy (but well behaved....as she has trained us to pick up her poo) dog with us, so if it's hot we cant leave her in the car. I look forward to
