Ferries to Italy from France

Has any member recently used a ferry service with their Motorhome from southern France to Italy? We drove to Rome last year and this year want to 'do' the Coast South of Rome, perhaps to Sicily. We thought it might save some driving if we can take a ferry
from around Marseille to Rome's port or even to Sicily. Any comments, costs etc would be appreciated.
