Is there a "View new Content" option?

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but I'm finding the Club Together Forum a little difficult to "get into". As I don't want to trawl the whole of the forum looking for matters that interest me, is there any way, when I log in, that I can just view
new items since my last visit?

Customer Status (session storage)
Customer Status (profile fields)
Memberhip ID (session storage)
Membership ID (profile fields)
Session Storage Seconds Remaining

Is there a "View new Content" option?
