Dometic fridge not working on 240v

Checked this badly designed fridge as best I could, the signs & symptons are the green light for 240v only just glows untill I try to adjust the temperature when it goes out all together, also the temperature will not adjust, all lights remain on and just
flicker as the button is pushed.

I suspect its the pcb or main control board, but if any body has any thoughts on this I will be interested and grateful.
