Grading of CL's

I read the description of CL's so carefully and I look at websites, but it really remains a gamble to know what you are going to find when you get to a CL for the first time. They do vary a lot, don't they.

 "Caravan Europe" is a much better guide and gives me all sort of clues, and opinions from previous visitors, to tell me what sort of site I am heading for  when I am overseas.   Can we have something similar in the UK club handbook to tell us what other
people's opinions are of a site, or is it easier for the Club simply to set up a grading system for CL's - one star to five star ?
