Bilbao to Narbonne

Last year was our first venture with our outfit through France to Spain. This year we have booked the crossing To Bibao towards the end of April. We intend staying put more this holiday just west of Carcassone. So we plan to cycle and walk maybe move on
towards Nimes and then returing to spend beginning of June around Arcachon.Any info: please on vineyards,cycle routes and places not to miss.
