Calais - Caravan Club Advise & Options

Probably like many other CC members we are planning a two week holiday to France mid August and becoming more & more concerned about the situation in Calais and our safety. Normally we travel to Dunkirk but for the first time we've booked to travel via Calais,
the situation is made worse by the fact we sail out using MyFerry & return with DFDS both companies at the centre of the dispute.

What is the Caravan Club's recommendations and do I have any alternative options, I'm sure my travel insurance won't cover any changes or cancellations as a problem hasn't occured yet, but I possibly have options of finding alternive crossing possibly to
Caen or Euro Tunnel?
