Booking Eurotunnel through the Club

Just a head's up regarding what I consider to be the inflexibility of the club when booking crossings. Must start by saying that the club does say there is a fee to change your booking and ours was nominally cheaper through the club. We have just tried to
change the booking to one hour earlier (not a day or even 3 hours) and this has been refused unless we pay an additional fee. I accept that this is "technically" our fault, but had we booked direct then Eurotunnel would have issued us a password and we could
have changed for free on the net. All we were told was to turn up early! But this, of course, doesn't guarantee you'll get on. Be warned.
