Moaners sticky

Could we have a sticky for the moaners who can use it to whinge and moan to their hearts content about dogs,children,grass,blah,blah.The rest of us can then choose not read them and if their posts are put on non sticky sites a moderator could move it to
the moaners place and the rest of the forum could be a happy place.Is this a moan?.
