My posts or my content link please

Rowena and team, as if and when you are re-doing the site would it be possible to have a link to "my content" or "my posts" or "my activity"?

I have searched and searched and although I am more than somewhat of a ludite when it comes to reading sites and forms, I can't seem to find any existing search facility of this kind.
