putting up an awning on a concrete base

just bought a porch awning isabella minor. have had it up after a bit of a struggle on a grass pitch. question is  we have  mostly concrete bases  on our sites in n, ireland, can anyone suggest what we can do with the pegs to secure it around the base. obviously
these  cannot be driven into hard concrete,

suggestions welcome
