86 million chickens

For those not already laughing at my Facebook rant... 86 million chickens are chucked out as food waste each year

So effin buy less and use the savings to buy free range, then effin eat it!  Otherwise it's just disrespectful to the chickens. 

Am I allowed to say effin?
