Site Booking and IT Support.

I have just spent the weekend attempting to book a site stay. It appeared our web site was down as I could not sign in. There was no info on the web front page and no one to call. On calling for help this morning I was told the problem was due to Internet Explorer 10. Surely this information should be linked to a  bulletin on the front page. I could not call the site direct as it is not open yet. Caravan Club is a 7 day organisation. can we please have 7 day support. Other  members views please.
