Use of CL Sites for European Visitors

I've always thought that the club misses out on revenue by not making CL's available to European visitors.  By that I mean to offer European visitors a Temporary Overseas Membership that provided a list of Club sites and CL's to encourage European visitors
to come to UK. We have often been asked by Europeans where they could stop when visiting UK.  It seems to me that only a few privately owned commercial sites advertise in European publications. What do others think?
