Interesting article in today's Guardian about houseboats in London. Given the stupid cost of housing in the capital, seems more and more people are resorting to living on houseboats. This is putting a severe strain on the canals, starting to be overcrowded,
doubling up on moorings, tension with land dwellers adjacent to mooring paths. Also there are apparently a good few who take little interest in knowing how their boats function safely and efficiently.

Sounds like a H&S nightmare, job for pitch space expert at CC HQ possibly? Think of all those onboard stoves, gas cylinders, fuel tanks, etc.......Surprised
