I've been a few times, not always in the van. The sites I have used are Camping Koningshof near Leiden for coastal resorts, Keukenhof and Amsterdam and
Camping Warnsborn for visting Arnhem. Both sites were excellent bases.

I never found a bad campsite in the Netherlands, nor a bad one run by Dutch people in France. So where do you want to go and what do you want to see? Rembrandts, Van Goghs, Het  Loo Palace, The Heineken brewery tour, bulb fields, Brown cafes, Hoge Veluwe National Park, historic towns...? ?  Make those sort of choices first and then campsites will fall into place.

Would thoroughly recommend Delftse Hout. Lovely site, easy walk or cycle into Delft, which is a really lovely town, great area for cycling plus transport links to the coast, Amsterdam etc.ideal if you don't want to use the motorhome once you're on site.
