In the july issue of the club mag the expert says with regard to speedo readings that  'Uk-specific rules are 10% plus 6.25mph over speed indication. Does this mean I can drive towing or not at a speedo reading of 72.25mph in a 60mph limit? That sounds like
a very quick way to get points on your licence.
