Advice needed

Hi Guys firstly a big hello as I'm new to the community , my partner and I are looking at buying a tourer in the very near future . I'm looking for advise on wether I am legal to tow a caravan or not . I'm a little confused with the MAM/ weight restrictions
etc , I passed my test in the year 2000 . My tow car is a VW Amarok pick up and we are looking to buy something like a Bailey Olympus 525 can anyone tell me if I'm ok to drive/ tow on my licence ?
