Condensation on windows

Hi everyone

I've just bought a lovely van and was wondering if anyone could give me any tips on how to deal with condensation.  I've heard that you can buy some sort of plastic thing to trap the water but I have never seen them and wouldn't know what they are called
to look on E-bay.

Any advice would be appreciated.
