Single night at La Bien Assise

Having miscalculated(!) journey times from Clos De La Chaume back to Calais, we will really need to leave a day early and have our final night nearer the Tunnel. This will also allow time for some shopping! The main contender is La Bien Assise but with only
one night, and no discount card, should I book through the CC or just pay on arrival?
