Disarm speed camera alert on Sat Nav

We have just purchased a Garmin Nuvi 65 LM . We leave for France tomorrow, have played all day but can't remove the alert. We tick the box to do so then save . As soon as we put it back on , it's back!!! 

Any advice would be much appreciated. I was given a link by someone , but it's 2 years old and very technical!!
