Take care when booking a ferry via the club.  The prices are excellent, but the dimensions the club holds for your van (described as from the manufacturer) are not always correct and cannot be reduced during booking.  I saved a material amount by checking
and then booking for a different outfit, i.e. with my correct dimensions as per the handbook and manufacturer's website.  The club's  excellent Web Contact Team (webcontactteam@caravanclub.co.uk)
will, however, make a speedy adjustment when given the appropriate evidence.
