Avoiding Facebook when away

Not sure how many of you saw this but the Insurance Ombudsman has said avoid giving details of your holidays on facebook when you are going away or are there. This is because thieves can use this to find empty houses and break in. He says insurers are checking
facebook and could turn down claims for theft where thieves may have got your details from this.
