Avtex TV and easy find LNB

We have recently aquired a sat dish with easy find LNB, the LNB was damaged so replaced with the same, we have a avtex TV with built in freesat, this should make life easy, but we have had many attemps but cannot get the traffic light system to work on the
LNB, so no signal, we have changed the cable connections just incase but nothing works.

When we connected the Avtex to home sky dish it connected fine, we are at our witts end to know what to do next, has anyone else had the same problem, any help would be grateful.
