Why is this website so unfriendly?

We have just returned from Warwick race course and received an email asking for a review. I am always pleased to submit a review especially since we enjoyed Warwick.  So I click and guess what?  I am sent to my profile page. 5 clicks and lots of scrolling
later i can submit a review!    Does this encourage members?    (And to cap it all spell checker crashes and gives an error message!)
