What makes a good CL?

What do you feels makes aCL good? We like short grass, like a lawn, so we don't have to wear wellies and don't tread grass in the van. Reasonable access, no overgrown hedges, a wide gate and clear directions. We don't like too many restrictions, e.g. lengthy
minimum stays, don't drive on the grass.  Value for money, no facilities, no EHU £7 to £8. With EHU  £12  max. (We never go where there are toilets and showers.)

Why do we use CLs?  Generally quieter, people don't walk across your pitch, the price is reasonable. Generally people are friendlier.
