Why do I find the club web site so difficult?

I tried to order the "Out and about" brochure this afternoon. (It used to come by post.)  I got a server error message  and so have not ordered the brochure.  I find it difficult to navigate the site. So how did I find the brochure page?  I tried magazine,
then membership,then offers, then stumbled upon it.  When i log on i get a page about me. Why not a page with a clear menu?
