petrol stations

Hi all, new to caravaning and drive a hgv for a living but never had to drag the van into a petrol stn yet as i fuel before the journey, towing the van is different to a hgv i know but some stations ive been into is a struggle with a car when its busy, are
most stations ok for car and van or do you need to be picky? not drove with the van much at all so may be because im not used to the maneuverability of it, look forward to anyboby views and experiances.
