Hello, when we were in France last year we needed a vet to do the pet passport thing, so we could return to the UK.  From what I can gather, the French vets are fully up to speed with the requirements of the passport.  We just picked one, made an appointment and got it sorted.  Do remember to check they've filled it in correctly, as I understand you can be  turned away at the port if it's not.  Good luck.

I just found our dog's passport.  This is the vet we used:

    Remy Ducrot, 63 Route de Calais, 62500 SAINT-MARTIN-AU-LAERT.  Tel: 03 21 38 34 39.

Thank you. The one in SAINT-MARTIN-AU-LAERT is too far away from Albert but thank you for our help.

Two here:  Vets in Albert, Somme

If you're staying in Albert then the campsite may have a Vet they recommend.  Often they have a list of useful telephone numbers, such as doctors, dentist, vet, etc.

We've just had a think and we think it was 35 Euros, but we're not certain.
