Winter in Europe

Hello

My name is Ron for the last five years i have been going to winter in europe (southern france/spain) but things have always got in the way but not next winter i am determined. I would appreciate any advice my rough plan is to drive in my motorhome to benidorm
and stay for a month then move down to almeria area for a further month. Advice regarding sites to stay at, gas, mobile phones, internet access and currency exchange would be much appreciated. I am looking at Jan Feb March 2016
