Why aren't problems sorted?

If I go to "Edit your profile" and then select "Latest Actions" it shows recent postings, When I then select "See more" it is nearly all repetition. Why?  

Bye the way, Spell checker still doesn't work for me, not for a long time. Am I doing something wrong?
