Driving to Agay South of France advise please

My family and I have just booked our first caravan holiday to Agay in the South of France and it is our first time abroad towing a caravan.  I would be greatful if anyone can advise us on the best route to take with minium toll routes.  We are planninh to
stop over 1 night on the way down and back.  Any one been to Estreal Caravaning, what to do and any good local supermarkets in the area and anything we shoukd take with us you found pricey.
