Winter Rally in Spain with Golf

We hope to join our first Winter Rally in Spain in Feb/March 2014. Any recommendations for CC or C&CC rallies or sites that include a golf group for me and a gym for my wife greatly appreciated.

What would I expect to pay for golf with a Rally group? Booking direct with the courses looks expensive!

How to get the best deal for ferry to Bilbao/Santander?

Is there any preference between going via Bilbao or Santander?

We have never stayed longer than 10 days on any site so should we tour half the time and do one rally for a month or just do a rally? We have rallied in France and enjoyed it very much.
