To remap or not to remap?

i know this has been discussed to death, but I am on the cusp of getting this done, and just want some thoughts... We have a 2011 BMW X1 18d Sdrive... I have the option of having a professional remap done, with rolling road analysis.  The company reckon they can make it 199bhp (from 143) and up the torque by about 60ft/lbs as well, all within standard thresholds... The car is out of warranty, and I am struggling to think of good reason not to have it done... Any thoughts please... Either way...
