Leaving phone messages for CL's

Recently we have had telephone messages left with us with either the wrong digits given or not clear enough to distinguish the number, and unless you have stayed with us before and we recognise your name we have been unable to return the phone call.   Could I suggest anyone leaving a message at any time to an answering machine, then leave the phone number twice, and check you have the right number before phoning.
